Custom Reminder Frequencies Explained

Hourly (Custom): This option will allow you to set hourly reminders. You can choose how many hours in between from 1, right up to 12.

Daily (Custom): You can set custom daily reminders. You can choose how many days in between from 2, right up to 30.

Weekly (Custom): You can set custom weekly reminders. You can choose how many weeks in between each reminder from 3, right up to 52.

Weekday: You can set reminders to only be sent on weekdays. Reminders with this frequency set will only be sent on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Weekend: As with weekday only reminders, this is the opposite, and will only send on weekends. Reminders with this frequency set will only be sent on Saturday and Sunday.
